Crystal Hues Limited, a unique organization integrating marketing communication and localization (translation) services in India, underwent rigorous annual audit of the quality processes conducted by DNV auditors. This is the seventh annual ISO audit, and includes two ISO re-certification audit.

The DNV auditors were happy to note the adherence to the quality processes across the organization as per the ISO 9001:2008 without even a single incidence of non-compliance. The auditors also noted the continuous improvement being made to the processes indicated by more than 12 process revisions and expressed their satisfaction of the audit results by highlighting noteworthy efforts on driving cost efficiency objectives.
